New, State-of-the-Art;  apply on wet stone, protects, waterproofs, resists most stains even red wine, minimizes dirt pick-up – for natural stone.

NS250 is the only sealer that can be applied over stone just power washed or rained on; simply blow standing water off. NS250 builds both a protective, engineered film on the surface and a penetrating, impregnating protective layer inside the surface pore system that produces a hard, long-lasting, stain, and traffic resistant surface.
NS250 brings the first roller-bearing concept to coatings. The unique surface causes vegetation, leaves, soil, and other discoloring particulate to naturally wash or blow off in rain or wind or with a hose removing the presence of potential staining. In addition, NS250 prevents/minimizes (virtually eliminates) unsightly red clay staining on natural stone even when embedded.
